Offended; Will consider release of "Pathaan" in MP: Home minister

Indore: After the release of the "Besharam Rang" from Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer "Pathaan" released on YouTube, right-wing elements are high with boycott calls.
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra was offended because of the colour of the costume worn by Deepika. He issued a statement that sounded like a threat to the movie, saying that it must be "rectified" and if not "corrected", the government of Madhya Pradesh will consider what to do about the screening of the movie in the state. The minister made the statement after performing puja at the birthplace of Lord Parshuram at Janapav Kuti near Mhow.
In Indore, the right-wing outfit "Veer Shivaji Group" gathered at a road intersection and set effigies of actors Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan on fire. They were offended by the song too and demanded the movie be banned. They said that the Hindu community was offended by the song.
Pathaan is all set to hit big screens next year.
