Sonu Sood calls Sara a 'hero' for donating to COVID relief

Actor Sonu Sood is a real life hero who doesn't think twice before offering helping hands to people in need of support. During the second wave of the pandemic too, he was seen helping people with medical emergencies.
Now, Sonu Sood has taken time to write a note of appreciation for the actress Sara Ali Khan for contributing to the Sonu Sood foundation, which works to provide relief to Covid-19 patients .
"Thank you so much my dear Sara Ali Khan for your contribution to the@soodfoundation! Extremely proud of you & keep on doing the good work. You have inspired the youth of the nation to come forward and help during these difficult times. You are a hero," the actor wrote in his Twitter account.
Also, Sara Ali Khan was seen amplifying SOS calls from her followers on Instagram and often taging Sood and his foundation to get help.
Apart from Sonu and Sara, many Bollywood celebrities seen helping to raise fund to fight the pandemic. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli raised over Rs 3 crore for their fundraiser in a single day. Priyanka Chopra also has been raising funds to help people.
On Saturday, Raveen Tandon has sent a batch of oxygen cylinders to the national capital amid the shortage.
