All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi won the Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat for the fifth consecutive time.

This time, he has a lead of 3,38,087 votes against BJP’s K Madhavi Latha.

He thanked the voters and condemned BJP's politics of hate.

In Telangana, Congress and BJP are headed to a tie with each leading in eight seats. Congress candidates are leading in Peddapalle, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Bhongir, Khammam, Nalgonda, Nagarkurnool, and Zaheerabad.

BRS has failed to win a single seat. BRS working president K T Rama Rao conceded but expressed hope that the party will make a comeback.
