Commercial LPG cylinders get cheaper by Rs 171.50

New Delhi: The cost of commercial LPG gas cylinders has been reduced by 171.50 per unit, and oil marketing businesses have updated on Monday. When the 19kg commercial cylinders get a reduction in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi, domestic cylinders continue at their current prices, DNA reported.

ANI reports that the retail price in Delhi for a 19kg commercial LPG cylinder is Rs 1856.50 from Monday, May 1.

In Mumbai, the retail price is Rs 1,808.50 for the commercial cylinder; it is 1,960.50 in Kolkata and Rs 2021.50 in Chennai. In Noida, it is Rs 1,100.50 for every 14.2 kg cylinder.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) says that it was Rs 2,028 for a 19kg commercial cylinder in Delhi, while it was Rs 2,132 in Kolkata, Rs 1,980 in Mumbai and Rs 2,192.50 in Chennai previously.

On March 1, LPG prices were hiked, and Rs 50 increased for a unit of domestic gas cylinders and Rs 350.50 for commercial.
