The WikiLeaks founder leaked sensitive documents exposing historic war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan, giving headache to USA.

The new indictment filed after Assenge was dragged by British police from Ecuador's London embassy in April 2019 contains one charge of conspiracy to commit computer intrusion.

The move is an attempt to broaden the narrative that Assange is a "hacker," not a publisher or journalist, reports say.
