Tehran: Iranian state media reported that Iranian strikes hit the headquarters of Israel intelligence service Mossad near Tel Aviv.

Iran’s Press TV reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) informed that they attacked a centre of Mossad on Tuesday. When the Israeli military reportedly attempted to downplay the strikes, saying that the strike damaged a nearby bus parking lot, missiles hit strategic sites, including the Aan logistics facility and Mossad headquarters in Herzlia.

Iranian media Irna informed that Iran has shot down a fourth F-35 fighter jet of Israel in Tabriz.

Further, Iranian forces warned Israel of a new wave of strong attacks with advanced weapons in the coming hours.

According to Israel Defence Forces (IDF), Iran launched 30 missiles on Tuesday, and some of them breached its defences. However, IDF asserted that it will relentlessly pursue Israel’s enemies through advanced intelligence capabilities, exploiting emerging opportunities, air superiority and complex operational planning.

Israel has claimed that it had killed top Iranian commander Ali Shadmani in overnight airstrike.

Earlier, Iran had called on the international community to hold the Israeli aggressors accountable and condemn their actions. Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghai said that the Israeli regime's attack on Iran is against international norms. The Israeli attack is against all international norms, the UN Charter and human rights. He also said that he expects Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the UN Security Council to prevent aggression, threats and violations of the peace based on Chapter 7 of the UN Charter.

Meanwhile, shares of crude oil sensitive sectors in India -- oil marketing companies, aviation, paints and adhesives -- ended lower on Tuesday following a spike in Brent crude oil prices amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran, PTI reported.

The stock of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd dropped 1.12 per cent, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd declined 0.91 per cent, and Indian Oil Corporation dipped 0.21 per cent on the BSE.
