Kuwait International Airport was targeted by several drones on Thursday morning, resulting in material damage but no injuries, according to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation.

Spokesperson Abdullah Al-Rajhi said the situation was managed under the emergency plan activated at the outset of the current crisis, in coordination with relevant authorities.

He added that the authority continues to implement necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of civil aviation operations in Kuwait.
