Kuwait sends third relief plane with food aid to Gaza
text_fieldsKuwait has dispatched its third relief plane to Gaza, delivering 10 tons of essential food supplies as part of the ongoing second Kuwaiti air bridge. The aircraft departed on Thursday from Abdullah Al-Mubarak Air Base under the coordination of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS).
KRCS Chairperson Khaled Al-Maghames told KUNA that the shipment forms part of Kuwait’s urgent national relief campaign. This showcases the country’s sustained humanitarian commitment to the Palestinian people. The aid, prepared in cooperation with local charities and Kuwait Flour Mills & Bakeries Company, aims to ensure both quality and swift delivery.
Distribution inside Gaza will be coordinated through Kuwait’s embassy in Jordan, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization and the Palestinian Red Crescent. Al-Maghames confirmed that additional aid flights are being arranged with the support of Kuwait’s Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence.
He expressed gratitude to all government bodies involved in facilitating and delivering the aid and reaffirmed KRCS’s dedication to humanitarian efforts worldwide.
