LuLu Exchange opens new customer engagement center in Muscat
text_fieldsLuLu Exchange has expanded its presence in Oman with the inauguration of a new Customer Engagement Center at Zakher Mall, Al Khuwair, in Muscat.
The launch event was attended by Sheikh Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director of LuLu Exchange Oman and Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director of LuLu Financial Holdings and other senior company officials.
The center aims to enhance customer experience and streamline financial transactions for Muscat residents.
“This opening reflects our commitment to serving the people of Oman with convenience and trust”, said Sheikh Mohammed.
"We are proud to bring world-class financial services closer to our customers, ensuring convenience and reliability at every step", he added.
LuLu Exchange’s General Manager, Lathish Vichitran, emphasized that the facility reinforces the company’s “customer-first” approach by providing efficient and reliable services.
"Our goal is to create a seamless experience where every transaction is efficient and reassuring for the people we serve", said Mr. Lathish.
As the regional fintech partner of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), LuLu Exchange continues to leverage its global partnerships to strengthen community engagement and brand credibility in Oman.
The company, part of Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Financial Holdings, operates over 46 branches in Oman, offering remittances, currency exchange, and digital financial solutions, including the LuLu Money app.
