Saudi Arabia has strongly denounced Israel’s continued incursions into Syrian territory, calling them a clear breach of Syria’s sovereignty and international law. In a statement issued Tuesday, Riyadh said the actions also violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement, signed to reduce tensions along the Syrian-Israeli frontier.

The Kingdom voiced full support for measures taken by the Syrian government to preserve security, stability and state authority across all Syrian land. It rejected any attempts to divide Syria and urged Syrians to pursue dialogue as the path to unity and rebuilding their state.

Saudi Arabia further called on the international community to adopt a firm and serious stance against the ongoing Israeli violations, stressing the need for collective action to uphold Syria’s sovereignty and stability in the region.
