Ajman residents will soon be able to travel directly to Al Ain by bus, with a new intercity route set to begin operations from Thursday, May 1.

Ajman Transport announced the launch of the service on Tuesday, April 29, confirming that buses will run between Musalla Bus Station in Ajman and Al Ain Bus Station. The schedule includes four daily trips from each station. Departures from Ajman to Al Ain are scheduled at 8am, 12 noon, 4pm and 8pm, with return trips from Al Ain following the same timetable.

The move aims to enhance connectivity between the two cities and provide residents with more affordable and convenient travel options.

Meanwhile, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) also announced a new intercity bus route earlier this week. Starting Friday, May 2, Route E308 will operate between Stadium Bus Station in Dubai and Al Jubail Bus Station in Sharjah, with a fare of Dh12 per passenger.

These new transport initiatives come as part of broader efforts across the UAE to improve public transport accessibility and intercity connectivity.
