Sydney: On the opening day of the 5th and final Test against Australia, India starts with another batting disaster. After winning the toss and electing to bat first, India got out at 185 here on Friday. However, India managed to take out one of Australia at stumps after Jaspreet Bumrah took Usman Khawaja off the last ball of the day.

When Scott Boland took 4 Indian wickets, giving 31 runs, Rishabh Pant worked for India, scoring 40 off 98 before getting out. India had recovered from 57 for 3 to 107 for 4 but lost six remaining wickets while scoring 78 runs. Australia reached 9/1 at the day’s end, and Bumrah had an altercation with youngster Sam Konstas before the former took out his co-batter Khawaja in the last ball.
