Ricky Ponting, former captain of Australia, broke down in tears while discussing his former teammate, Shane Warne, and paying tribute to him in a recent interview with the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Isa Guha interviewed Ricky Ponting about his relationship with Shane Warne. It was titled, "An emotional and must-see tribute by Ricky Ponting to Shane Warne.".
In answering a question regarding what he would like to say to Warne, Ponting appeared visibly emotional, almost choking up.
"Like I have said to a lot of the guys I have been talking to over the last couple of days, just how much I love him I guess, I didn't say that to him and I wish I did," said Ponting.
