As Iran unleashed its 83rd wave of missile strikes on Israel and the US, some projectiles bore handwritten messages thanking supportive nations: "Thank you people of India," with similar notes for Spain, Germany, and Pakistan.

Iran's Consulate General in Mumbai shared images on X, quoting its Aerospace Force: "Gratitude from Iran’s Aerospace Force to the people of Spain, Pakistan, India, and Germany for their support and solidarity; especially during the 83rd wave of missile response to the US and Israel."

The provocative displays came amid intensifying conflict. On Friday, March 27, Israel struck targets "in the heart of Tehran" ahead of a UN Security Council meeting, vowing to ramp up attacks on Iranian weapons facilities. Details on damage remain unclear.

Iran, meanwhile, targeted Gulf Arab neighbors, with drones and missiles reported over Kuwait and the UAE as Tehran and Washington hit a diplomatic deadlock.
