Jerusalem: Iranian ballistic missiles slammed into Israel's Dimona and Arad, injuring nearly 200—11 seriously—after air defenses missed at least two, medics said.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and IDF Chief Lt Gen Eyal Zamir vowed to battle Iran's allies "on all fronts." The IDF soon struck Tehran's infrastructure with Air Force jets.

Soroka Medical Center in Beer Sheva treated 175 from the southern barrages, which followed Saturday's assaults on Dimona.

Key casualties included a 12-year-old boy suffering severe shrapnel wounds in Dimona and a woman in her 30s moderately injured by glass shards; 31 others sustained light injuries, mostly from shrapnel or rushing to shelters. Magen David Adom emergency service also treated 14 people for acute anxiety.

A residential building in Arad burned fiercely, per ambulance video.
