Bengaluru: In relation to threatening a film producer, a complaint has been made against Kannada superstar Darshan.

Producer Bharat filed the complaint with Bengaluru's Kengeri police, claiming to have signed Dhruvan, a relative of Darshan, for the film "Sri Krishna Paramatma" two years ago.

The producer halted the film's shooting due to the financial crisis and shared it with Dhruvan.

When Bharat was informing Dhruvan about halting the film's shooting over the telephone, the latter added Dhruvan on call.

During the telephonic conversation, Darshan allegedly threatened the producer.

The alleged recording of the audio has gained popularity.

According to reports, Darshan is heard saying that Bharat will not be spared wherever he goes.

Director Anthony of "Sri Krishna Paramatma" has provided a statement to the police in this regard.
