Mammootty to team up with Parvathy Thiruvothu for 'Puzhu'

Mammootty and Parvathy 's film will be helmed by Ratheena Sharshad.
Malayalam actor Mammootty has announced his first collaboration with actress Parvathy in the upcoming film 'Puzhu' directed by debutant director Ratheena Sharshad. The announcement was made on the actor's official page on the occasion of Women's Day celebrations.
"Women's day wishes with smiling eyes Here is our next project – Puzhu (sic)," revealed Mammootty on his social media. The film is produced by Wayfarer Films, which is the official production company of Dulquer Salman, marking his first cinematic collaboration with his father.
Ratheena Sharshad also worked as the executive producer of Parvathy's 'Uyare'. Cinematographer Theni Eswar, music composer Jakes Bejoy, and editor Deepu Joseph of 'Jallikkattu' fame are also a part of the crew.
Parvathy is currently awaiting the release of her film 'Varthamanam', whilst the Mammootty-starrer 'The Priest' will also hit screens this week.
