Mohanlal-starrer Thudarum to hit theatres on April 25

New Delhi: Malayalam cinema icon Mohanlal on Monday announced that his upcoming film 'Thudarum' will hit theatres on April 25.

The 64-year-old actor, who was last seen in the blockbuster 'L2: Empuraan', shared the release update on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle.

“You’ve heard the whispers. You’ve felt our arrival. It’s time to drive it home. 'Thudarum' arrives on April 25th. #ThudarumOnApril25,” he posted.

Directed by Tharun Moorthy, acclaimed for his work in 'Saudi Vellakka' and 'Operation Java', the film features Mohanlal in the role of a taxi driver named Shanmugham.

'Thudarum' is co-written by Tharun Moorthy and KR Sunil, and also stars veteran actor Shobana in a key role.
