Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has filed a charge sheet against comedian Bharti Singh and her husband and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, over a 2020 drug case.
The Mumbai unit of NCB filed a 200-page charge sheet before the court in the case for which the duo was arrested in November 2020. They won bail later, in the case of allegedly keeping cannabis with them, from a special narcotics court, Asian News International reported.
NCB had said the couple admitted they were guilty. An official had said, "Both Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiya admitted to the consumption of Ganja."
NCB had conducted the raids as part of the investigation into alleged drug use in the entertainment industry, ANI reported.
