IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus launch senior management program to equip leaders for digital era

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, in collaboration with Emeritus, has announced a new session of its Senior Management Program (SMP), tailored for experienced professionals seeking to enhance their strategic and digital leadership skills.

This one-year program, set to begin on January 19, is open to graduates and diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

The SMP curriculum will provide in-depth training in strategic thinking, competitive analysis, artificial intelligence integration, and financial decision-making, preparing participants to lead teams effectively in today’s disruptive business landscape. Through guidance from IIMK faculty and real-world case studies, professionals will gain valuable insights on thriving in an increasingly AI-driven and digital-first world, Emeritus noted.

Key program topics include strategic leadership, AI and digital transformation, financial analysis, competitive strategy, and corporate finance. The curriculum also includes a six-day on-campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode, allowing participants to collaborate with faculty and peers in an intensive learning environment.
