Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh has announced that a special 'cow cabinet' will be set up by the state government for the protection and development of livestock in the state.
Animal husbandry, forest, Panchayat, rural development, revenue and farming welfare departments will be a part of the "Cow Cabinet", the Chief Minister added.
He tweeted that the first meeting of the 'Cow Cabinet' will be held on November 22 at 12 noon on the day of Gopashtami at Gau Sanctuary, Agar Malwa.
More details will be known in the coming days.
