Lulu opens Daily Fresh store in Hawally, expands Kuwait network to 17 outlets

Lulu Hypermarket has widened its presence in Kuwait with the launch of a new outlet in Hawally, adding to the group’s fast-growing retail network in the country.
The store, branded as Lulu Daily Fresh, opened on September 3 at Al Bahar Center on Tunis Street. Covering 4,700 square feet, it is designed to serve the everyday needs of residents with groceries, fresh produce, chilled items and dairy products. A parking facility with space for 300 vehicles has also been added to ease access for shoppers.
The inauguration was attended by Fahad Abdul Rahman Al-Bahar, Vice Chairman and Executive Managing Director of Partner Company WLL, along with Abdurahman Muhamed Al-Bahar and Adel Ali Al-Bahar. Lulu Group Chairman Yusuff Ali M.A, Kuwait Director K.S. Sreejith and Regional Director Sakeer Hussain were also present.
With this launch, Lulu now operates 17 outlets in Kuwait.
The company has already lined up further projects, including:
- Lot Store – Walkmall, Salmiya
- Lulu Hypermarket – Jaber Mall, Jaber Al Ahmed
- Lulu Fresh Market – Sabah Al Salem
- Lulu Express – Hessah Al Mubarak
- Lulu Hypermarket – Al Mutlaa City
The new Lulu outlet is offering opening-week promotions until September 6 to mark the occasion. Beyond the inaugural offers, the group said its focus remains on extending access to its stores across the country as competition in the grocery and fresh produce sector intensifies.
