LuLu Exchange has expanded its operations in Oman with the launch of a new Customer Engagement Center in Mabelah and the relocation of its Tharmad branch to a larger, upgraded facility.

The openings were marked during a virtual inauguration attended by Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director of LuLu Exchange Oman, Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director of LuLu Financial Holdings and senior management representatives.

The new Mabelah center has been set up to provide residents in the area with easier access to remittance and foreign exchange services. Meanwhile, the Tharmad branch has moved to a new building within the same locality, offering enhanced infrastructure and improved customer service facilities.

Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali said the expansion reflects the company’s continued focus on customer convenience and service reliability.

Lathish Vichitran, General Manager of LuLu Exchange Oman, said the upgraded centers are designed to improve accessibility and provide a more comfortable transaction experience.

LuLu Exchange, which serves as the regional fintech partner of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), said the partnership reinforces its commitment to operational standards built around teamwork and service excellence.

With more than 46 branches across Oman, LuLu Exchange provides remittance, foreign exchange and related financial services through physical outlets and digital platforms, including the LuLu Money App. The company operates under Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Financial Holdings.
