Drone debris injures two in Saudi Arabia’s Al-Kharj

Saudi authorities said two people were injured after debris from an intercepted drone fell in Al-Kharj, southeast of Riyadh, on Tuesday.

According to the Saudi Civil Defense, the falling fragments landed in a residential neighborhood, affecting three homes and several vehicles. The injuries reported were described as minor.

Officials said the incident also caused limited material damage, with properties and cars impacted by the debris.

Authorities confirmed that standard response procedures were carried out, with emergency teams handling the situation and securing the affected area.
