Jeddah: Indian consul general visits Najran University

Indian Consul General in Jeddah Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri visited Najran University on Tuesday.

During the visit, Suri met with Najran University Vice President for Business and Investment Affairs Youssef Al-Hazmi. The discussions focused on potential areas of academic collaboration and the services provided by the university to international students. Officials highlighted the university’s educational environment and its efforts to position itself as an international academic destination.





The consul general toured the Advanced Materials and Nano-Research Center at the university. He reviewed the centre’s scientific equipment and its role in supporting researchers. The visit also covered the number of scientific studies conducted at the centre and the patents awarded to its researchers.

Suri also met Indian students enrolled at Najran University. He reviewed their academic situation and listened to their feedback. During the interaction, he praised the university for its support of international students and for maintaining an educational setting that encourages strong academic performance.
