In light of the Saudi government's efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, and based on information provided by health authorities in the Kingdom, travellers who were previously required to spend 14 days outside several countries before entering the Kingdom will be allowed to fly in directly, informed an official source at the Ministry of Interior.

Institutional quarantine will be in effect, and travellers will have to get vaccinated during quarantine.

Those who have received one or all doses of the vaccine in KSA are exempt from institutional quarantine, as are their companions, families, and public and private sector workers.

Suspension of travel to Bahrain for citizens under the age of 18, subject to the previously announced conditions, has also been revoked.

The source said that all precautionary and preventive measures for travel are monitored by the Public Health Authority.
