Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has signed an agreement with global tech giant Microsoft to train two lakh youth in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced skills, IT Minister Nara Lokesh announced on Thursday.

Highlighting the significance of the partnership, Lokesh stated that the collaboration with Microsoft aims to enhance the employability of the state’s youth and prepare them for global career opportunities.

“Through this partnership, two lakh youngsters will receive world-class training, boosting their employability and equipping them for global opportunities,” Lokesh wrote in a post on 'X'.

He emphasized that the Andhra Pradesh government is prioritizing skill development, aiming to transform the state into a hub for future-ready talent, fostering innovation and economic growth.
