It is reported that the man emerged from a toilet at the rear of the flight cabin while the flight was midair and started shouting, raising his hands in the air, TOI reported.
A fellow passenger under anonymity told The Sun that the man came out of a toilet crying “Allahu Akbar”, with his hands above his head. Then he said that he had a bomb, but those inside the plane were confused and thought what was going on was a joke.
The man then grew aggressive against the flight crew, the anonymous person told The Sun, and he pushed them.
“He was a big guy, about six feet, and they were these petite women," The Mirror quoted the anonymous staff.
The video footage shows flight attendants inspecting the man’s bag while the passengers pinned him to the ground.
Later, the flight made an emergency landing, though it landed in Glasgow itself. Police boarded the plane and arrested the man who created the ruckus.
