Man killed for asking "why don't you say thank you" in New York

An argument that broke out over not saying "Thank you" claimed a life in New York on Tuesday.
A 37-year-old man opened the door to a smoke-shop for another man at Park Slope Convenience on 4th Avenue in Park Slope Brooklyn.
The victim quickly became upset with the suspect over not having greeted him with a "Thank you" for opening the door, according to the police.
Eyewitness Kharef Alsaidi told ABC that the whole thing was about not saying "thank you" for opening the door. The victim reportedly confronted the suspect asking why he didn't say "thank you" for opening the door.
The suspected retorted curtly that he didn't tell him to open the door for him, triggering a heated arguments between them.
Soon it gotten to be physical confrontation between them with the victim challenging the suspect to stab him if he could.
The suspect quickly pulled out a knife from his bicycle and stabbed in the victim's abdomen and neck, according to the report.
Alsaidi added that the victim began screaming before falling back into the store bleeding all over.
He was declared dead at a New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Mr Alsaidi said he had done his best to stop the argument from escalating to the worst.
