Jackson Wang meets Hrithik Roshan again, sparks buzz about possible collaboration

K-pop star Jackson Wang is back in India, and his recent meeting with Bollywood icon Hrithik Roshan has stirred speculation about a potential collaboration.

The singer and rapper, who is a member of the popular Korean group GOT7, was seen posing with the Roshan family, including Hrithik, his sister Sunaina Roshan, and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan.

On Thursday, Rakesh Roshan shared a photo on Instagram featuring the musician and his family members. Both Jackson and Hrithik were dressed in coordinated all-black outfits. “Jackson welcome and God bless!” Rakesh Roshan captioned the post, sparking excitement among fans.

This isn’t the first time Jackson and Hrithik have met. The two previously interacted in 2023 during Jackson Wang’s visit to India for a performance at the Lollapalooza Music Festival.

The singer arrived in Mumbai again on Tuesday, June 10, and received an enthusiastic reception at the airport. Social media videos show him warmly greeting fans, waving and shaking hands. At his hotel, Wang was welcomed with a traditional Indian ceremony. Staff greeted him with a tilak and performed a celebratory dance to his hit track “Buck,” a collaboration with Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh.

Fans online shared their delight at the heartfelt reception. “This is so cute!! They infused Buck with traditional Indian dance again,” one fan tweeted, while another wrote, “Jackson would be so happy!! Thank you to everyone in India for this lovely gesture.”

Known for his genre-blending music that fuses elements of pop, hip-hop, and R&B, Jackson Wang has built a massive international fan base. His hit singles include Blow and 100 Ways. His collaboration with Diljit Dosanjh on Buck is part of his upcoming album Magic Man 2, which is slated for release on July 18.
