New Delhi: International hitmaker Akon prepares to captivate the Indian audience with his special tour. Akon will perform in Delhi on November 9, Bengaluru on November 14, and Mumbai on November 16.

Excited about the tour, Akon, in a press note said, "India has always shown me so much love -- it's like a second home. The energy, the culture, the fans... It's on another level. I'm beyond excited to be back and perform live for y'all. This tour is gonna be something special -- let's make history together!" ANI reported.

Aman Kumar, co-founder of White Fox said that it was a celebration to bring Akon back to India, one that fans have been waiting for. He promised an extravagant experience that will be remembered, ANI reported.

Akon's unique performance at a well-known couple's pre-wedding celebrations last year lit the stage on fire. Superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan danced on the floor when Akon performed his famous song "Chammak Challo" from the sci-fi action thriller "Ra.One" on the third day of the gala event.

Akon posted a video of his performance at the prestigious event to Instagram with the remark, "Best pre-wedding party of the year. Got to bring my whole Indian family on stage to perform my biggest record in India. @iamsrk, @beingsalmankhan, @sukhbir_singer. Unforgettable evening."

The video also showed King Khan hugging his daughter Suhana on stage while his wife Gauri stood by his side and the 'Dabangg' actor played the drums.
