Qatar Ministry launches digital platform to strengthen public-private partnerships
text_fieldsDoha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has launched a new digital platform under its Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program. The platform aims to showcase investment opportunities available to the private sector.
The platform was developed by the Ministry’s Business Development Department. It serves as a centralised digital database for investment projects across various sectors.
The initiative supports Qatar’s national development goals by strengthening cooperation between public and private sectors. It offers investors direct access to a wide range of PPP opportunities in infrastructure, services, and technology.
According to the Ministry, the platform is designed to enhance transparency and facilitate participation in viable projects. It also aims to foster innovation and support economic diversification.
The Ministry stated that the platform will help advance national objectives, including infrastructure development, technological progress and improved service delivery.
In a social media post, the Ministry highlighted the role of public-private partnerships in realising Qatar’s long-term vision.
The platform is now live and accessible to investors and stakeholders. Access is facilitated through a QR code provided in the Ministry’s official communication.
The initiative aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030 and supports the country’s digital transformation efforts.
