Al Adrak joins hands with Zaper AI to spearhead construction’s AI revolution in the UAE
text_fieldsMarking a bold stride towards digital transformation in the construction sector, Al Adrak Construction has entered into an enterprise agreement with Zaper Inc., the company behind the AI-driven operational intelligence platform Zaper AI, initiating a partnership that is set to redefine how construction projects are planned, executed, and managed in the UAE.
The collaboration represents a strategic leap in Al Adrak’s evolution from traditional contracting to integrated development and infrastructure delivery, leveraging its established presence in Oman and growing footprint in the UAE to lead the sector’s adoption of intelligent technologies.
Highlighting the importance of operational intelligence in today’s construction environment, Mr. Das, Chief Operating Officer of Al Adrak UAE, stated, “The complexity of modern construction can’t be solved with manpower alone — it has to be tackled with valuable data, intelligence, and adaptability,” adding that, “Zaper understands that — not just at a systems level, but at a human level. Their platform fits into how our people already work. That’s important to us.”
Zaper AI, with its real-time execution capability, image- and voice-driven interface, and built-in operational learning, was recognised by Al Adrak’s team as a solution that bridges the longstanding gap between high-level project planning and on-site execution — a challenge that has hindered many digital tools in the construction field.
“We’ve seen a flood of SaaS tools across the sector, but more software often adds more friction,” Mr. Das noted, stressing that Zaper simplifies. It aligns with our philosophy that technology should work for the business, not the other way around.”
Designed to function as more than just another screen, Zaper acts as a knowledge and decision-making layer, allowing field teams to input and act on data using intuitive tools like natural language and images, thereby accelerating adoption and eliminating complexity.
“From day one, we knew Zaper couldn’t just be another screen in the workflow,” said Hashim Basheer, Founder and CEO of Zaper Inc., adding, “We built it to plug into the way real work gets done — and evolve into a layer of intelligence that scales with the business.”
The agreement enables Zaper’s phased deployment across UAE projects, beginning at the field level and scaling upwards, as Zaper aims to become the AI backbone of construction operations throughout the region.
“This is more than just a client win,” Hashim concluded, “It’s the start of a larger journey. Al Adrak is the right partner to build with — they’re pragmatic, ambitious, and already ahead of the curve in their tech thinking.”
